Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your That Girl Dancewear purchase! Our goal is to provide the highest quality dancewear with excellent value.

• Refunds: Refund requests are reviewed individually and may be granted depending on the circumstances.

• Exchanges / Store Credit: We gladly accept exchanges or offer store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with proof of purchase.

• Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives defective or is damaged due to our error, we will replace or repair it at no cost.

• Conditions: Items not in their original condition, damaged for reasons not due to our error, or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for exchange or credit.

That Girl Dancewear reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all returns and exchanges.
